We offer a suite of leadership development programs, all arranged around a specific theme — Artful Leadership.
We see art and leadership as natural bedfellows.
'Artful leadership' acknowledges the role that art and creativity can and does play in the leadership life of our communities and organisations.It also acknowledges the leadership influence and impact of the arts and creative industries and the great potential for increasing this influence.

Artful Leadership
This program is for artists and arts organisations. The program is designed to build the leadership capacity of artists and creatives, their organisations and communities. It respects and works within the creative and artistic paradigm, and looks to appreciatively explore how those in this field can honour and expand their leadership effectiveness.
This program invites participants to view their art as leadership.
Artful Corporate Leadership
This program is for (non-arts) organisations looking to build their leadership capacity and to increase their performance and cohesion. The program uses creativity and artistic perspectives and metaphors, tools and processes to engage participants and to reframe how we look at leadership and organisations (and art). It is best suited for work teams, executive or leadership teams and for entire workforces of smaller (not-for-profit) organisations.
This program invites participants to view their leadership as art.
Artful Community Leadership
Arguably the role of leadership is, at the end of the day, about building more a prosperous and flourishing community. This program is designed for place-based or purpose-based communities who would like to build deeper connections, to live with greater shared vision and to develop their community-building skills. The program uses art and creativity to reframe how we look at and develop, 'community' and 'leadership'.
This program invites participants to view their community as one with untapped creative power and potential.
Artful Climate Leadership
This program is for artists, creatives and arts workers who are looking to deepen or broaden their climate leadership. It is also for non-artists exercising climate leadership who want to increase their effectiveness through more artful and creative approaches. This program recognizes the vital importance of responding to climate change and to providing artful leadership frameworks and tools for those who are committed to making a difference with their work.
This program invites participants to reassess and artistically reorient their views on climate leadership; what's needed and what works.
All of these Artful Leadership programs seek to build:
‘Authentic Leadership’ – by supporting people to become more aware of their authentic leadership strengths and shadows, and to develop greater mindfulness and resourcefulness.
‘Visionary Leadership’ – by nurturing the capacity and courage to lead for the sake of longer-term sustainability of our human and ecological systems.
‘Creative Leadership’ – by bringing creativity and innovation to problem-solving, and holding collaborative space for the co-creation of mutually beneficial outcomes.
‘Adaptive Leadership’ – by cultivating the capacity to navigate emergence, and to lead others, in the face of complexity and rapid and constant change.
